This project report documents the detailed steps for implementation of an e-learning management system for students' easy mode of learning. Currently the students wish to access their information whenever needed. The project will be able to help students access their information and interact with their lecturers through the system, Lecturers will use less time in interacting with their students, know the number of their students in their class. Students' records will be easy to access through any Computer in the office and the process will help the Administrator to keep school records constantly updated with no need to look for hard copy files. The Administrator has full control to each and every user in the system.

This project report seeks to provide a solution for the farm owners who lack up to date records from their farm managers on the dairy farm activities daily. The problem experienced is that it becomes hectic for the farm owners to keep track of whatever is going on in their farms when they are far away as it is done manually and at times it takes long for the farm managers to update the owners on what is going on due to the workload they have. There is also possible loss of data which cannot be repeated as there is usually only one set of records. It will help the farm owners to get reliable reports which will help them plan better on where to use their expenses better and how to improve their farms to run more effectively. It will also be used for accountability by the farm owners so that they know exactly what their farm managers are doing in the farm and how exactly the expenses are being used. The research methodology used is Software prototyping because it breaks the project into smaller and manageable sections and can test the system with the users of the system itself which helps to identify the mistakes that cannot by identified by the programmer. It also ensures that several tests are done before the final product is made which ensures that both the customer needs and functionality are met. The system being mobile based ensures that the records will be captured when one is offline and once there is internet the new data will be updated in the cloud. It also ensures that the data is available throughout. Tools that were used in the project include java programming language and firebase database tools. In conclusion, the project will benefit the farmers as they will be provided with a reliable, secure and effective record keeping application.

Education has been the most critical factor in the present knowledge era, not only in the world but also in Kisii General bookshop. Every parent tries to provide the best education for their children, hence there has been a rapid demand for the popular national schools and international schools. Therefore, the demand for international school syllabus textbooks has been also increasing, in addition to the demand for local school additional texts. Because of that, there is a big opportunity in selling international texts and local syllabus related texts for the booksellers in the country. Bookstore management system would improve the efficiency and productivity of the daily functions of the business, and also would strengthen the suppliers – business - customers? relationship which leads to adding competitive advantage to the business in for future progress. The online distributed nature of the system will be very helpful to expand their business in the future as well.

This study hospital management system as a tool to revolutionize medical profession. With many writers decrying how patients queue up for hours in order to receive medical treatment, and some end-up being attended to as „spillover?, the analyst investigated the manual system in detail with a view to finding out the need to automate the system. Subsequently, a computer-aided program was designed to bring about improvement in the care of individual patients, taking the advantage of computer speed, storage and retrieved facilities. The software designed will take care of patient’s registration, Booking, treatment and payments. The programming language employed in this work was web based programming which included use of PHP, CSS and HTML.

This project is a clinic management system that will be used to solve the current problems that facing by the local clinic in Kenya. Clinic Management System is a web-based platform system. The main objectives of this project is to improve the business process of the clinic in Kenya by using the information technology and also enhance the current clinic management software in the market. The scope of this project include systematic scheduling in queue list, appointment module with SMS notification, patient’s registration using MyKad reader and generate medical certificate (MC) to print out. Systematic scheduling can sort the patient in the queue fairly and display the waiting time of each patient. Patient can make appointment and notification will be send to their phone. Besides, patient can use MyKad during the registration at the counter which is quite convenient and save time. Other than that, MC can be generated and print out on the paper and doctor just need to sign the MC and chop with his name. As this is a web-based platform system, php is the programming language and the project is developed under Sublime text framework. The software development methodology that used in this project is phased development because of fast implementation and short time schedule. The clinic management system can divide into few phases and each phase consist of few modules which can easily develop and build up the system in short time.

Gekomu SDA church has a large number of Christians who attend church congregation. These methods of maintaining records have not been efficient enough especially during mode of operation when most of the attending the church because the population is increasing. The process of with the use of questionnaires, interviews, observation and document reviews, data was collected from project stakeholders and analyzed. Data flow diagrams and Entity relationship diagrams were used to accomplish system analysis and design. The system was implemented using Apache web server, Mysql database server, Hypertext Preprocessor, Hypertext markup language, Cascading style sheets and JavaScript. System testing and validation was also done by allowing users of the system interact with it using test data. Findings showed that most of the church clerk is unsatisfied with the current modes of keeping to the church I agree that achurch management system can improve the process record management. The result of the project was an online church management system for Gekomu SDA Church) and researchers recommend the church to implement the system that provides relief of the long endured problems of the current modes of payment at the church

So by bringing together factors of production, management enables societies to get better and increase the supply of goods and services.
