The following terms and conditions apply to the use of the E Resource Hub Website and by using the website you will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions. However if you do not accept these terms and conditions, you may not use this website.

2. Definitions of Terms
“You” refers to a user, account holder (member) or any site visitor “We” and “us” or “our” and “ours” means E Resource Hub

3. Browsing.
You need to be 18 years or over to browse the E Resource Hub Website. We don’t knowingly collect any information from anyone aged 18 or under. When browsing the sites you agree to follow our guidelines or instructions and keep in mind that these terms apply to any use of E Resource Hub Website whether or not you’re a member.

4. Registration & Membership
Age Bracket: You need to be 18 years or over to become a member or to buy items as a Guest/Visitor. If you’re under 18 years, you will need to get a parent or guardian to buy items as a Guest/Visitor or use the account of a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years of age, with their permission, and this adult will be responsible for all your activities on our website. E Resource Hub Account: Membership is free. When you become a member you get an E Resource Hub Account that is accessible from our site and is also your E Resource Hub Account for all services. Your membership will allow you to ‘buy’ items from authors, participate in our online forums, and generally contribute to our website. Membership also gives you the opportunity to become an author and post items and content onto the website. E Resource Hub reserves the right to delete a person’s account if we find out that the information provided on our website during registration process is inaccurate, misleading or false.

We respect your privacy. When you become a member or buy items on E Resource Hub as a Guest/Visitor you will be asked to provide some information about yourself. 2. Post any Material that you do not have a right to reproduce.
3. Post any material which can harm our visitors.
4. Use members email address and other contact information such as mobile phone numbers to send unsolicited messages and junk emails.
5. Post any messages offensive to site users.
6. Upload any material copyright, trademark, patent, or proprietary rights of any third party
7. Violate any applicable local, state, national or international law. The content posted/published by users on this site becomes the property of E Resource Hub We reserve the rights to use such content in any manner we like.

9. Links to the Third Party & Advertisers
Third party site links on this site are only for your convenience and we have no responsibility and control on third party links. If any link is misleading or changed or removed, we are not responsible for that. The user's correspondence with or any business dealings with any of the advertisers found in E Resource Hub is solely between the user and the advertiser. The user should bear in mind that any loss or damage caused by such correspondence or dealings is not the responsibility or liability of E Resource Hub.

10. Commission and Payment
We deduct a commission of 30% from each successful sale by an account holder. This means that the account holder will remain with 70% of the total sales. For instance, if an account holder sells an item worth Ksh.1000, he will earn Ksh.700. The 30% retained is used to meet our website maintainace costs, pay our staffs, market the website and pay for our web hosting and security. Payment of account holders is done automatically via Mpesa once the account holder meets the sales threshold of at least Ksh.500. You are required to visit your account earnings and Payment menu and withdraw your earnings through Mpesa.

11. Termination of user account
Membership is not an automatic right, Therefore, E Resource Hub, in its sole discretion, may terminate your account, password, for any reason or if E Resource Hub believes that the account holder/user has violated any of the prescribed terms and conditions herein.
