Description
This study aimed at identifying the impact of customer satisfaction during computer based assessment. Customers here in this research were candidates of computer based assessment system (CBAs) that includes teachers, students, assessors, focal persons, shop assistants and other experts. These all taken part in the assessment using CBAs, using explanatory research method through both quantitative and qualitative approach. The data were collected from six different TVET colleges and other office experts. The collected data were analyzed through SPSS version 20 form, in this research multi-criteria satisfaction analysis variables (system quality, information quality, technical quality and service quality) was taken as independent variable used to measure customer’s satisfaction of CBAs and system ease of use, efficiency, interaction, memorability, learnability, response time and satisfaction were considered as sub-variables and customer satisfaction as dependent variable, The result of descriptive statistics shows that CBA system has better performance on system quality; The correlation analysis also indicates a moderate and positive relationship between all selected variables and customer satisfaction. Multiple regressions were also applied by selecting the major controlling variables of predictor, the result also show that system quality of CBAs is greater than the other independent variables that is system quality has greater impact on customer satisfaction and also all variables are statistically significant. The researcher recommended that CBAs satisfaction factors i.e. system quality, information quality, technical quality and service quality all have significant value over customer satisfaction. It implies that this factors can improve the system for better performance and also can improve customer satisfaction.

Exam card application system project report -: ICT/ computer science
Abstract:
For over half a century, Population Studies have reported significant advances in methods of demographic analysis. conceptual and mathematical theories of demographic dynamics and behaviour, and the use of these theories and methods to extend scientific knowledge and to inform policy and practice. Most low developing colleges are facing a number of problems in exam card processing and production these include; bureaucracy, bribery, corruption, forgery, security and poor records management which is currently done manually. This makes the processing of documents slow and more hectic. Therefore, the colleges need to come up with an automated exam card records management system to help reduce these problems through embracing information and communication technology (ICT). Therefore there is need to carry out research so as to come out with a secure and a more effective automated system to streamline some business processes such as registration and applications to improve efficiency, enhance planning and decision making. An Automated Online Exams Application System is an Information System that serves to capture, store, retrieve and disseminate information about exams, process cards and records management in the office of the collage It offers a means of information sharing as well as automating the existing manually driven record keeping facility.

causes and effects of deforestation in Kenya- general agriculture research project
This research was carried out in order to assess the causes and effects of deforestation in Kenya the researcher collected his information by distributing questionnaire to the people living in Kenya and ministry of agriculture department of forestry in Kenya. The information gathered were analyzed and presented in percentages from the analysis, the researcher was able to identify the following. That it is only the government that can arrest the problem of deforestation.
Deforestation can also lead to animal extinction that people resort to illegal felling of trees because employment opportunities are lacking elsewhere. Based on these findings the researcher made recommendations among which are; the government should employ more field staff to combat illegal entry destruction of forest production. These field staff should be made to carry arms while on duty patrol, not only to safeguard themselves but also to instill some fear on timber thieves. The use of village elders in guiding against illegal deforestation be encouraged.

Influence of leadership on employee productivity at Vision Point Sacco Society- hrm research
This study was founded on the need to establish the influence of leadership on employee productivity at Vision Point Sacco Society. To achieve the objective of the study, the study used a descriptive survey research design determine the influence of leadership on employee productivity. The target population of the study included all the managers and employees of Vision Pont Sacco Ltd. A sample size of 225 was selected from a population of 450 managers and employees. The study used primary data which was collected by a semi-structured questionnaire. The data was collected from managers and employees of commercial Sacco using a drop and pick- later method. Data was analyzed using descriptive statistics and regression analysis. The study found that a unit increase in transformational leadership style, transactional leadership style and Laissez-faire leadership style leads to increase in employee productivity. It further established that employees at VPSS act in a way that build each other, display a sense of power and confidence and they go beyond self-interest for the good of the group. The study also established that employees do not fail to interfere until problems become serious and they do not wait for things to go wrong before taking action. It also revealed that employees direct their attention toward failures to meet standards; they keep track of all mistakes and focus attention on irregularities, mistakes, exceptions, and deviations from standards. The study therefore recommends that leaders to be aware of what is important for the subordinates and the organizations as a whole and encourage the employees to see the opportunities and challenges around them creatively. The study suggests that a similar study can be replicated in other Sacco’s in the Kenya such as Vision point Sacco. Further research should also be done involving all the employees at commercial Sacco.

Design of 2KM Road Pavement - civil engineering project
The main goal of flexible road pavement is to lower the sub grade’s stress to a point where it isn't affected by traffic, preventing the sub grade from deforming. A thorough final year project report covering a 2km section has been completed at Kisii National Polytechnic, and planned. This project's primary goal is to design flexible road pavement of Kisii Town. The site visit and data collection are the first steps in the methodology for designing the flexible road pavement. The AASHTO method is used, and input parameters such as reliability, over standard deviation, standard normal deviation, lane distribution factor, and direction distribution factor are taken from libraries and the internet.1,2,3,5,6, and the Corresponding CBR values are, in that order, 14.748%, 5.8%, 32.204%, 17.503%, 17.580%, and 27.49%. Sub base and base material have respective design CBRs of 26.79% and 72.33%. Following analysis of the relevant traffic survey, w18 =186883.3872= 0.186883*106 ESAL was calculated. The design MR of the pavement layers for the sub grade, sub base, and base were taken into consideration, and their respective pressures were 16943.67 psi, 20955.27psi, and 39568.96 psi. There are numbers for the design structure. Sub base, base, and sub grade are in that order, 1.9, 1.7, and 1.3 for sub grade. The coefficients of the structure layers for the surface, base, and sub base are 0.44, 0.131, and 0.11, in that order. The final drainage coefficient of 1.20 indicates that the layer thicknesses for all sections are 7.62 cm for surfacing, 12.7 cm for base, and 17.78 cm for sub base.

School exams results management system project report
The proposed system will monitor student academic progress by automating results processing and analysis of exams while maintaining a database of student scores. Currently, schools use multiple software to achieve the basic task of analyzing student performance; that is spreadsheet software for handling student’s scores and a different tool for preparing student reports. Uses of these systems require knowledge on how to use them such as knowledge of spreadsheet formulas.
The proposed system will store a database of students’ performance from the beginning of their academic journey, making it easier to track the trends in an individual student’s. This in turn leads to informed and efficient student mentoring. By automating the results analysis, time wasted in manual computation of the results will be reclaimed and harnessed in dispensing quality education by increasing contact hours between learners and teachers, hence boosting student’s morale.
