Description
This project focused on the development and implementation of an online school fees management system in Secondary School in Liberia, addressing inefficiencies and challenges associated with manual fees collection processes. Utilizing technologies such as UML for system analysis, Xampp for database creation, and PHP—a widely-used server-side scripting language—integrated within HTML, the system aimed to create dynamic web pages that interact with databases, process form data, manage sessions, and handle tasks like sending and receiving cookies. PHP, which runs on the server, generates HTML that is sent to the client's browser, making it suitable for building interactive, data-driven websites. It easily interfaces with many different databases, such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and SQLite.
The front-end development was achieved using HTML, CSS, bootstrap and JavaScript (JS), alongside PHP for back-end functionalities. The system was designed to minimize the use of paper, reduce administrative costs, and improve the quality of service to students and parents, while enhancing data management and financial transparency in fee collection and tracking.
The implementation led to significant improvements, including a substantial reduction in fee processing times, leading to enhanced efficiency and streamlined school operations. The transparency of the fee payment review and approval process increased, promoting fairness and accountability. Data accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with financial regulations were significantly enhanced through the integration of relevant databases and frameworks.
In conclusion, the adoption of the online school fees management system proved advantageous for educational institutions in Liberia by reducing administrative burdens, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and improving communication between schools, parents or guardians. The system notably enhanced efficiency, transparency, and financial management in fee collection processes, enabling more effective school administration.
Recommendations include regular system updates and enhancements to meet the evolving needs of educational institutions and technological advancements. Comprehensive testing was conducted to ensure the system meets user needs and performs as intended.

Online Library Management System is a system which maintains the information about the books present in the library, their authors, the members of library to whom books are issued, library staff and all. This is very difficult to organize manually. Maintenance of all this information manually is a very complex task. Owing to the advancement of technology, organization of an Online Library becomes much simple.
The Online Library Management was designed to computerize and automate the operations performed over the information about the members, book issues and returns and all other operations.
This computerization of library was to help in many instances of its maintenance. It reduced the workload of management as most of the manual work done was reduced.

Entering of the details of the youths may be hectic and there may be many errors during the entry of data. The management of funds and keeping of records of funds sent by the youths might be a challenge to the officials. Categorizing youths in various groups may also consume a lot of time depending on the number of youths that may enroll. Purchase of sporting items manually may also lead to loss of items and stock might not be controlled effectively. Maintaining the record of items sold and stock in the store manually may lead to loss of records of items and also forgery which may result to loss. Therefore, there is need to come up with a system that will effectively:

Maintain details of sports in the club
Maintain records of items in the store
Maintain records of items purchased and their subsequent stock level
Maintain records of all facilitation fees for all sports events
Compute for all the fees and funds to be paid
Generate appropriate reports

Old age Home management system project report
The focus of this study was to analyze, design, develop, test, implement and evaluate a web application which is only be used by old age homes and old age people homes for managing records. The intended system was to manage records of old age people, guardians, adoptive parents, volunteers, donors, sponsors and the staff of these old age homes and the old age people homes. The system was to allow assignment of these old age people to their caretakers/guardians and those old age people that will be leaving to their adoptive parents (adoption). It was also to provide tracking old age people who have been adopted. It was not to cover the financial part of records but the module would be added at a later stage for a newer version.

Online certificate verification system project report
Online Certification Verification system is an online system designed to computerize the process of verifying and authenticating Kisii National Polytechnic University’s issued academic documents considering the problems faced by doing this manually. Document Verification is the process of establishing the authenticity, validity, and accuracy of something such as the verification of official documents. Verification of academic certificates is one of the important research areas today. In this study, the documents in reference were the issued academic documents of Kisii National Polytechnic.
This study was based on an effort towards the elimination of fake certificate academic documents or certificates. The study contributes towards solving problems in academic fraud. The manual system was studied carefully and relevant people were interviewed to collect the required information. The designed Certificate Verification system (prototype) allows easy retrieval of accurate and timely information basing on the supplied query for an effective and efficient academic document verification process. The system is secure, user friendly and can be accessed 24/7 from anywhere on demand. The system was designed in PHP.
The study also focused on the application of the developed prototype as proof of concept, the system was able to verify the academic documents in question online using the unique serial number on each transcript matching it with sample data in the database.
Kisii National Polytechnic requires such a system due to high demand of such services in the current high rate of advances in Technology use worldwide.

To overcome all these problems, we propose to make an automated system. The system will take various inputs like details of students, subjects and class rooms and teachers available. Depending upon these inputs, it will generate a possible time table, making optimal utilization of all resources in a way that will best suit any of constraints or rules.
So our aim is to develop a general-purpose automated system which can effectively generate automatic class allocation when given with several input constraints.

The concept of report production has been computerized hence, no more delay in report generation to the Hospital, Patient and Doctors. Errors made on hand held calculators and dealt out completely. The method used to develop the system include iterative water full model approach, dataflow, logical and entity relationship diagram where used to design the system and finally the language used MySQL, PHP, HTML & CSS.
