Entering of the details of the youths may be hectic and there may be many errors during the entry of data. The management of funds and keeping of records of funds sent by the youths might be a challenge to the officials. Categorizing youths in various groups may also consume a lot of time depending on the number of youths that may enroll. Purchase of sporting items manually may also lead to loss of items and stock might not be controlled effectively. Maintaining the record of items sold and stock in the store manually may lead to loss of records of items and also forgery which may result to loss. Therefore, there is need to come up with a system that will effectively: Maintain details of the club members and their roles Maintain details of sports in the club Maintain records of items in the store Maintain records of items purchased and their subsequent stock level Maintain records of all facilitation fees for all sports events Compute for all the fees and funds to be paid Generate appropriate reports
