In the last few years, there have been a number of problems in electronic banking which might affect the bank performance and staff skills at the most banks, in Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB). In spite of the positive role played by modern technology in the development of the bank performance, it has sustained some negative aspects of bank performance with respect to some banks, in Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB). The proposed research suggests that there is a need for a study of modern means of electronic banking while emphasizing the necessity of developing the bank performance in order, to deliver the best services to customers. Equally important is the impact of electronic banking on bank performance.
Moreover, the research attaches importance to the role of modern technology, service, staff skills and customer guideline, in enhancing performance through the use of available resources and the investment of financial and human resources in the implementation and evaluation of performance. In addition, the research is concerned with the efforts made to cope with the challenges facing the staff performance in electronic banking, including the availability of sufficient financial resources, the cooperation of other management in providing e-banking services and, the availability of the trained staff, for using of modern technology, and the provision of incentives for staffs. Despite the results obtained through this research, there is a need for the continuation of studies in this field so that other researchers might illuminate the workings of electronic banking and bank performance of e-banking in the banks, with the huge development in communication technology, on one hand, and give a better skills for staff to perform well in the banks, on the other.

COMPARISION BETWEEN THE USE OF DAP PHOSPHATE AND FARMYARD MANURE OF GROWING OF BEANS (Canadian wander)IN URIRI - GENERAL AGRICULTURE RESEARCH PROJECT
COMPARISION BETWEEN THE USE OF DAP PHOSPHATE AND FARMYARD MANURE OF GROWING OF BEANS (Canadian wander)IN URIRI.
Beans are the second most important source of food ranked after maize crop. Beans provides cheap source of protein that can easily be accessed to. It is also rich in lysine which cannot be compared with those of other grains
Due to its labor cost it is recommended that it should be planted in small scale ,i.e. mainly for subsistence. It can also be intercropped with maize because they can institute with other crops
it is being important as I have mentioned ,it has not produced quantities that are enough to feed the entire population of Uriri location. This is due to more problems that have been sighted in this project one of them being ignorance to that extend that the organic fertilizers are somehow expensive hence forcing the researcher to come up with a long lasting solution to arrest the same problem.

Deforestation can also lead to animal extinction that people resort to illegal felling of trees because employment opportunities are lacking elsewhere. Based on these findings the researcher made recommendations among which are; the government should employ more field staff to combat illegal entry destruction of forest production. These field staff should be made to carry arms while on duty patrol, not only to safeguard themselves but also to instill some fear on timber thieves. SOIL AMENDMENT EFFECTS (ASH, CHARCOAL AND MANURE) ON PANAMA DISEASE (FUSARIUM WILT) OF BANANA IN KISII COUNTY. GENERAL AGRICULTURE RESEARCH PROJECT
SOIL AMENDMENT EFFECTS (ASH, CHARCOAL AND MANURE) ON PANAMA DISEASE (FUSARIUM WILT) OF BANANA IN KISII COUNTY.
Panama disease has posed a serious threat to banana production, food security and sustainable productivity in Kenya and Kisii County is no exception. The disease was reported in Kenya in 1952, where it was found to cause serious yield losses. The disease is caused by a fungus called Fusariumoxysporumf.sp.cubense. The disease has threatened to deny the local farmers the key source of income and livelihood. This research will delve into ways in which the disease can be managed since there has not been any consistent method of eradicating the destructive Fusariumpathogens. A lot of emphasis has been put on use of chemicals and use of resistant cultivars. The methods have been proved to have economic challenges, environmentally unfriendly and not effective due to pathogen mutations. The objective of this research is to determine the effect of soil amendment on Panama disease in banana plants. The research will also seek to determine the range of PH in which the pathogen develops best in Kisii environment, to investigate on the disease incidence in the study area and investigate the races of panama disease found in Kisii. Literature will be reviewed under five sections namely; impact of panama production, brief history of the disease, epidemiology, symptomatology and management of the panama disease.
