Description
Electrostatics is the study of charges that are either at rest with respect to each other or moving very slowly. Conductors allow the flow of charge easily whereas non-conductors do not allow flow of charges. Example of conductors are metals, tap water, human body etc. Non-conductors include glass, chemically pure water, plastics, etc.
