DESIGN OF A WIRING SYSTEM FOR A 16 ROOM INSTITUTE SOCIAL HALL it is a certificate in electrical and electronics engineering project ABSTRACT The project is all about designing a wiring system for a 16 room institute social hall, which are rest room, main hall, mechanical closet, living room, kitchenette and corridores. The type of a wiring system to be used will be PVC conduit with a three phase supply installation. It will also be containing lighting and socket circuits. The reason as to why am using this type of wiring system is because of it's cheapness compared to other systems of wiring like steel conduit. It's cheap to acquire cables of 1.5mm², breaker of 5A andsocket of 2mm². Its also very advantageous method due to it's flexibility, easy connection, light weight, combustion resistance, corrosion and chemicals among others.
