Examples of ICT TOOLS are laptops, tablets, network technologies, mobile phones and so on as well as the various services and applications associated with them such as video conferencing, telecomputing and so on. ICT APPLICATIONS E-LEARNING: ICT can contribute to achieving universal education worldwide, through the delivery of education and training of teachers and offering improved conditions for long life learning, encompassing people that are outside the formal education process and improving professional skills.
