Anterior ethmoidal artery on the anterosuperior of the roof
Sphenopalatine artery in the posterosuperior region

Causes:

Infections
Inhalation of illicit drugs
Cardiovascular diseases
Nasal tumors
Low humidity
Foreign body in the nose
